01Agreement to terms#

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and CosmosIn ("we"/"us"). By creating an account, creating an API key, or sending a request to the CosmosIn API, you agree to these terms together with the linked Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CosmosIn.

02Description of the service#

CosmosIn is a gateway: one OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoint that forwards your requests to AI models from multiple providers, with real model names and per-token pricing listed openly.

Automatic failover: when an upstream provider is unavailable, degraded, or rate-limited, the gateway may route the affected request to a backup provider or model to preserve availability. A fallback provider may differ in capabilities, latency, and pricing characteristics, and you accept this routing as part of the service.

03Accounts & API keys#

Your API key is your credential. You are fully responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity under your account or key, whether authorized by you or not.

Keys are shown only once at creation; we store them as hashes. Do not embed keys in client-side code, public repos, or shared environments. If a key is exposed, revoke it from your dashboard immediately and create a new one.

04Acceptable use#

You are responsible for the prompts you send and the outputs you use. Make sure you have the rights to any content you submit.

Prohibited: using the service for unlawful purposes, generating harmful content or content infringing others' rights, attempting to identify or reach upstream providers directly, circumventing our security or rate controls, launching prompt injection or attacks targeting models and upstream providers, creating multiple accounts to abuse credits, promos, or offers, or reselling raw access.

05Payment & credits#

Top-ups use local payment methods (QRIS, e-wallet, virtual account) confirmed automatically by the system, so balance lands instantly with no manual confirmation. The listed price is the final price: no hidden fees.

PAYG credits never expire: your balance stays yours with no time limit.

Top-ups are final and non-refundable: credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, except where required by applicable law.

06Intellectual property#

The CosmosIn platform, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by its operator and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

To the extent permitted by upstream providers, the inputs you submit and the outputs returned to you remain yours. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

07Service availability#

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual SLA, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with reasonable notice where practicable.

08Disclaimers & limitation of liability#

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Model outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify them independently before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

09Suspension & termination#

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, to protect the service or other users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) remain in effect after termination.

10Governing law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be notified where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
